Another successful year of ghouls, ghosts, and street legal golf carts!
Southern California residents from around The South Bay (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance and more) gathered to cruise the streets in costumes and decorated street legal golf carts!
It’s one thing to see 50+ golf carts cruising around but add Halloween into the mix and the event is incredible!
