South Bay Residents! Thanks to a fantastic local and Street Legal Golf Cart Enthusiast, we are excited to participate in the 1st annual halloween golf cart parade. All are welcome - Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and surrounding areas.

If you are a Street Legal Golf Cart Owner, also known as NEV (neighborhood electric vehicle) or LSV (low-speed vehicle), pack your cart and let's cruise!
